Description :
- We are seeking a junior resource to support the Vendor Management department as a Procurement Coordinator
- This role involves tracking and managing annual software maintenance renewals (or similar), getting quotations, negotiating pricing and duration, working with business stakeholders to ensure alignment, budget and approval.
- Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, business / financial understanding and persuasive talents.
- Candidates can be recent graduates who have recent experience within Procurement, PMO, or Finance or experience.
- IT knowledge / experience is a plus.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience within Finance, Procurement, or Project Management Office (PMO)
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree
